The shimmer in this is so fine and delicate, like a soft pearl glow rather than glitter. I applied it over a plain base and the periwinkle tone came through beautifully without feeling heavy.
I've been layering this over a matte lavender and the luminous finish gives it such a soft, springtime glow without looking glittery. The vegan formula feels really gentle on my nails too, which is a plus.
