The wand glides over my heels without the harsh scraping my old file had, and the refill packs mean I won’t have to toss the whole thing when it wears down. My feet felt noticeably smoother after one shower session, and the grip is comfortable even when wet.
The refill packs are the reason I grabbed this, and swapping in a fresh one takes about ten seconds.
