The refill packs are the reason I picked this over other files—no need to toss the whole wand once the grit wears down. It’s smooth on my cracked heels without any harsh scraping, and the handle feels sturdy enough for daily use.
The wand glides over my heels without the harsh scraping my old file had, and the refill packs mean I won’t have to toss the whole thing when it wears down. My feet felt noticeably smoother after one shower session, and the grip is comfortable even when wet.
The refill packs are the reason I grabbed this, and swapping in a fresh one takes about ten seconds. It smoothed my callused edges in one shower without feeling harsh, and the wand grip kept my hand from slipping. Honestly, I'm impressed with how long the first pad lasted before I needed the backup.
